Year 10 students go to Oxford

It is with great pride that I write the article to inform you that Emilia, Jamal, Kelly and Stephanie in Year 10 gained places on the Universify initiative.

These students will be travelling to Oxford in August for a week long residential to experience university life. They will live in student accommodation and experience a range of degree subjects. Places are fully funded provided by the Universify scheme. They will also receive 1-to-1 mentoring from an Oxford graduate every month of Year 11 and attend a Spring revision residential in the Easter of Year 11.

Our Principal, Mrs Ward, presented the successful Year 10 students with a certificate of excellence. This is an amazing achievement and the students should be commended for being a credit to the school!
